In Reiki Level 1, you will learn the basics of Reiki energy, the primary chakras and you will receive the Reiki Level 1 Attunement which attunes you to the frequency of Reiki energy, enabling you to channel Reiki energy to yourself and others.
Reiki Level 1 Workshop Itinerary:
- Learn how to perform an intuitive Reiki treatment for yourself and others.
- Learn foundational hand positions on the body and in the aura.
- Receive a Reiki Level 1 Attunement.
- Perform meditations to connect you with life-force energy.
- Discuss additional Japanese Reiki techniques.
- Receive your Reiki Level 1 certification.
